Unidentified Flaring Object...I say
that because it was what I first thought. This is in Phoenix, AZ. There
were four when I noticed it and three when I pulled over and started
filming. The reason I stopped filming was because it looked like flares
and was cold...I hate the cold. BTW I saw the famous Phoenix lights in
1997 also.
